Description: The Vorrecht family of starfighters was meant to replace as many types of starfighetrs as it could. While on paper it was a huge success. The Mark I was a single pilot ship, it was smaller, faster and had few weapons. The Mark II being 50% longer, had an improved structural design and boasted several weapons systems. While also having an increased crew requirement, this allowed the pilot to focus solely on piloting while the co-pilot controlled secondary systems and weapons. The main draw back, and the reason why no major organization bought the Vorrecht, was the price. Even used the Vorrecht commands a high price. The ship's design, seen as both a success and a failure, was sold as open license, allowing other manufacturers to build the ship to their specifications. Unfortunately this deal prevents the original manufacturer from claiming credit for the creation of this starfighter.
