Shields

I went back through and did a straight conversion of the shields information. The reason I did this was because when I did the initial conversion I was trying to balance it within the Star Wars universe. But as time went on and I looked at it more and more, I realized that it was not balanced within its own universe and system. So this adjustment, along with a few others, should bring balance back to the Star Trek ships.
