Required Power: Receptive empathy 4D
Difficulty:
very Easy.Increase difficulty by +5 to +10 if the Ascendant cannot verbalize the thoughts that are transmitted ( i.e. the character si gagged, dosn´t want to make a sound, etc. )
If target resists, add the targets willpower roll to the difficulty.
Modified by proximity and relationship.
Time to use: One Round
Effect:
The Ascendant successfully projects thoughts, the target "hears" the throughts and "feels" the acompanying emotions. The target understand that the thoughts and feelings he is experiencing are from "outside" and that they belong to the user of the (mutant, Witch or Ta-Ree ) power.
If the Ascendant doesn´t "verbally identify himself, the target doesn´t know who is projecting thoughts.
This Power can only be used to communicate with other minds, not control them.
