Phalanx Route
[edit]The Phalanx Route was a hyperlane that ran from the Unknown Region to Wild Space. It connected the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force staging planet Cormit—located in the Chiss Ascendancy's core territory at galactic grid coordinates F-8—with the jungle world Tenupe—located in the Utegetu Nebula at grid coordinates I-8. It met the Vaagari Corridor in a T-junction at one end point, Cormit, and passed through several Chiss star systems outside of the Ascendancy's core territory—including Catlia and Massoss at coordinates G-8 and Crustai at H-8—before leaving the Unknown Region and entering Wild Space.
