Gibadan Parliament

The Gibadan Parliament was the ruling body on the planet Gibad.

In 19 BBY, they refused to cooperate with the newly formed Galactic Empire. They were given a deadline by Emperor Palpatine to stand down and when they did not, Palpatine unleashed a deadly virus created by Doctor Ovolot Qail Uthan, who was a native of the planet.
