Ghostling
Ghostlings were ethereal Near-Humans indigenous to Datar. They were a peaceful species ruled by a monarchy, but often troubled by slavers. During the last years of the Galactic Republic, Ghostling children were sought after as pets or slaves by many of the galaxy's less reputable beings, such as Gardulla the Hutt, because they were extremely beautiful and hard to find.

Characteristics:
Most Ghostlings had green-gold hair and shiny, tan skin. They were a very fragile people, and can easily be destroyed when touched.

Personality & Traits:
Ghostlings and Humans found each other extremely fascinating and attractive but due to the fragile structure of the Ghostlings, an intimate relationship between the two species would unavoidably result in the Ghostling's demise. They lived in nests formed from creeper vines and leaf material, which hung from the branches of the bayah trees.
