Farrn
Farrn are an amphibian race of intelligent aliens native to the planet of Farrine. While they are fairly intelligent and have the potential for civilisation, Farrn society has yet to develop beyond stone-age level. However, thanks to the presence of the human colonists, civilisation is coming quickly to Farrine. Many Farrn have begun to trade with the colonists and some have even learned the culture, customs, and language of the off-world settlers. An intelligent and enterprising will find work as an interpreter or liaison between Farrn and the off-worlders. Some Farrn communities seem to have bypassed all stages of civilisation and embraced the information-space age stage present among the human population on the Farrine. In the last years, a few Farrn have even journeyed off Farrine to explore the galaxy.
