Description: After the events of the Earth-Minbari War, the Minbari took great pains to make sure they would not be so hasty to alienate new races they encounter and escalate hostilities through a general confusion of cultures. Quickly researching the ship classes and civilian ships of many other species, they designed their first ‘non-Minbari’ passenger liner. Instead of being crafted to best suit their own needs and wants, it is created modular with many different races in mind.

Armed with slightly more impressive weaponry than a Flyer to protect important ambassadors from other species, the liner can protect itself from the occasional raider or hostile fighter but would rely on much larger escorts to ever deal with large numbers of capital class vessels. The liner was designed to carry important alien passengers or esteemed Minbari individuals to and from Minbari worlds in style and in comfort.
