Allied Tion sector
The Allied Tion sector was a sector located within the Outer Rim Territories. It was one of three sectors making up the Tion Cluster, along with the Tion Hegemony and the Cronese Mandate.
Prior to the rise of the New Order, the Allied Tion was part of the Honorable Union of Desevro & Tion and Jaminere Marches, some of many fiefdoms that formed the remnants of the empire of Xim the Despot. Most of the worlds of the Allied Tion were settled during the Expansionist Era or in the early period of the Galactic Republic. Several battles were fought here during the Clone Wars when the sector was contested between the Separatists and the Galactic Republic.
The Warlord was assigned to sector patrol in the Allied Tion during the Galactic Civil War. During the events following the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn, the Sector was under the rule of Moff Gronn.
The Allied Tion formed an independent government from the New Republic, probably as a dependent territory of the sovereign planet of Lianna, which had claimed independence from the Galactic Empire c.9 ABY.
