Type-27 Mantis

The Type-27 Anti-Aircraft Cannon, nicknamed the "Mantis," is a Covenant ground-based stationary anti-aircraft battery emplacement.
Type-38 Tyrant

The Type-38 Anti-Aircraft Cannon, nicknamed the Tyrant, is a type of anti-aircraft emplacement used by the Covenant Empire. It fires extremely powerful bolts of superheated plasma at a high velocity.
The Type-38 Anti-Aircraft Cannon was used during the Fall of Reach. It differs considerably from the sleeker, more streamlined Mantis seen during the Battle of Earth and the Battle of Installation 00. The T38 is significantly heavier in construction and is able to fire three bolts in a rapid succession. It has a small command center inside it with slopes leading to the second level of the structure's base. The gun's vulnerable power core is encased in the center. Each time the cannon fires, a bolt of plasma is generated by the core and fired up into the gun.
Type-48 Weevil

The Type-48 Artillery Platform, also known as the Weevil to UNSC forces, is a ground-based Covenant field artillery piece. It fires bolts of plasma in indirect, parabolic arcs, and is essentially a larger version of the plasma mortar mounted on Wraiths. It is remarkably similar in operation to the Covenant Mega Turret, albeit smaller.
Type-56 Shrike

The Type-56 Anti-Aerospace Turret, commonly known as the Shrike Turret, is an anti-air turret. It was used by the Covenant Remnant during the Battle of Sunaion. The weapon has a very high rate of fire, similar to the land-based Type-26 Shade, except that it is used to shoot down enemy aircraft instead of infantry. The Shrike Turret can be disabled by continuous shooting or destroying its power source.
